For anything to do with your data you can write to info@createforme.io

We reply within thirty days, as the regulation requires.

We haven't appointed a data protection officer: the service doesn't process special categories of data or carry out large-scale profiling.

Account data: your email and password, which our provider keeps encrypted and which we never see. If you like, a name and a photo.

What you write: the requests you make in chat, the projects, the generated code and the sites you publish. They are the service: without them, there's nothing to build.

Payments: your active plan, your credits and your purchase history. Card details never pass through us, Stripe handles them.

Technical data: IP address, date and time of requests, browser type. They're logged by the site's host, they're needed to keep it running and to stop abuse.

Community: if you choose to show one of your sites, other members can see the name you picked, the title, the description, the ratings and the comments.

To let you use the service you asked for: creating your account, generating and editing sites, publishing them, collecting the subscription. The basis is the contract between us and you.

By legal obligation: invoices and accounting records must be kept even when we no longer need them.

For security: spotting unusual logins, abuse and attempts to make the system work at other people's expense. This is our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

On consent, when you give it: showing one of your sites in the community is your choice, and you can change your mind at any time by removing it.

Only with those we need to work, and only for that. None of these providers may use your data for their own purposes.

Some of them are based in the United States: the transfer takes place under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Anthropic doesn't use what we send it to train its models. If free models from other providers are also active, those providers' terms apply.

We don't sell your data, we don't pass it to advertisers and we don't profile you.

As long as you have an account. When you delete it, projects, sites and chats disappear immediately; from the backups within thirty days.

Tax documents are kept for ten years, because the law requires it.

The server's technical logs are kept for a few weeks, long enough to help investigate a fault or an abuse.

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, take it elsewhere, limit its use or object to processing based on our legitimate interest.

Two of these rights you don't have to ask anyone for: on your account page you'll find «Download my data», which gives you all of it in one file, and «Delete my account», which really does erase it.

For anything else write to info@createforme.io. If you think we're getting it wrong you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority, or the authority of the country where you live.

The site you create is yours. Towards its visitors you are the data controller, and we process that data on your behalf, as processors.

If your site collects data — a contact form, statistics, payments — the notice to visitors is up to you. The toolkit gives you the cookie banner, the text you need it doesn't.

createforme is a paid service and is not intended for anyone under eighteen.

If we change this notice we'll say so here and update the date at the top. If the change is important we'll tell you by email.
