Who provides the service

What createforme is
Describe a site, an application or a game in words, and an artificial intelligence model builds it. You can change it just by talking to it, publish it at an address of your own and download its code.
The result is written by a machine: it can get things wrong. Before putting online a site that collects other people's money or data, check it.
The account
You must be at least eighteen and have a real email address. An account belongs to one person only.
The password is your responsibility: if someone gets in with yours, as far as the service is concerned that's you.
During the private beta you need an invite code.
Credits and plans
One credit is worth one creation or one change asked for in chat. Automatic fixes of an error cost nothing.
Monthly plans grant their credits at every renewal. One-off top-ups are added to your current balance.
If a request produces nothing the credit is given back to you automatically.
The BYOK plan uses your own model key: what the model consumes you pay to your provider, not to us.
Payments and cancellation
Payments go through Stripe. The prices are the ones shown on the plans page at the time of purchase.
The subscription renews by itself and you can cancel it whenever you want: it stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
You're a consumer and by law you'd have fourteen days to change your mind. The service starts right away, though: by requesting the first generation you ask us to begin before those days are up, and from that moment the right of withdrawal is lost for the part already used.
What you create
The sites you generate are yours, code included. We claim nothing over them.
You give us permission, limited to running the service for you, to store them, show them in the preview and publish them when you ask.
If you put a site in the community you accept that other members can see it, vote on it, comment on it and start from it to make one of their own. You can remove it whenever you want.
What you can't do
No illegal content, nothing that misleads people, copies someone else's work or offends anyone.
No pages built to steal credentials or money, no harmful software, no sending junk mail.
No personal data of other people put into a site without the right to do so.
No attempts to get around the limits of the service, resell it as your own or run it automatically on a loop.
Suspension and closure
If an account breaks these rules we can suspend it, and in serious cases close it. When possible we say so first and explain why.
You can close your account whenever you want from the account page: your data is deleted.
Warranties and liability
We do our best to keep the service running, but we don't promise it will always be reachable or that the result will be fit for a particular purpose.
We're not liable for what you publish, nor for indirect damages such as lost earnings or loss of data you could have kept elsewhere: you can download the code whenever you like.
Nothing written here takes away the rights the law gives consumers.
If the rules change
If we change these terms we'll update the date at the top. If the change matters, we'll email you before it takes effect.
Italian law applies. If you're a consumer you can go to the court where you live.
The reference text is the Italian one: the other languages are a courtesy translation.
